Yeh, definately reeks of desperation when the rest of the eastern states are experiencing 'extreme wet weather events'. The thing is the ol' Labor voters have slowly caught on, and I doubt it's all because of the hip pocket. The only ones slow on the uptake is the Labor Party itself.
