I said not of a low social class (meaning not having bogan behavioural traits) as opposed to 'not low socioeconomic', and by that meant social regardless of economics. Many ethnic groups are poor but are socially functional. I just didn't explain myself well.

Appears to me like the nationalities excelling are more likely to place a higher value on education and/or are less likely to be of a low social class.
