How soon can you start constructing on the pads after being poured? We have to wait about 3 weeks here before brickwork can commmence.

Ouch on the rocks! Very disappointing that the site wasn't cleared properly by the developer. in WA all new subdivisions have very strict rules on how deep everything is supposed to be cleared.

Personally I don't know many builders who actually build. My builder is actually a Town Planner who got his builders license so that he could do building and now has his own tradies, building supervisors, prestart consultants, designers etc. Being a builder most days is being a project...

It's hard to tell from OC1s picture as they are quite small but none of the units have garages so there is a cost saving there. Each unit has a parking bay.
