    tsk tsk China you should have done this weeks ago - it's bloody Telstra. I'm assuming you just need internet and it doesn't HAVE to be adsl so look at mobile broadband options . Go get a vivid wireless 4G for internet - they are pretty fast and you will probably have it in time.

    Renting out those 2 rooms could be a nice money spinner then :D $360 doesn't sounds too unreasonable but it depends on what it covers. You could just rely on adhoc support when something breaks or you can enter into such deal which should do proactive support to reduce things breaking,

    You need a good contract with the fitout builder to ensure no blowouts or time delays. Fixed prices and penalty clauses for delays.
