I'm hopeless with Formica colours because I usually use Laminex but I like the colours in those kitchens pictured - though like Tano agree that cupboards must go to ceiling My colour suggestions bathrooms: cast concrete bench top and snowdrift white doors - goes well with grey and white...

Oh dear jaylo haven't you decided yet? I would have thought you'd have done prestart and selections before build commenced. Laminate or stone. What is the floor?

I'm assuming you discussed all the fencing with them when you took it down and they agreed to it so I'd use the letter but maybe take off the last line. If you only asked permission to remove the asbestos fence and didn't discuss them paying for half the replacement I think you'll be...

I measure sometimes but usually wait for walls to start. You may find it difficult getting half the cost of the fencing from the neighbours. If you do they only have to pay half of whatever is the cheapest - like super66. Colourbond classic cream or evening shade is pretty good.

I agree with invstor and a surfmist garage door will be cheaper. Keep the wood on the fence and the portico :) So option number 6? lol

Surfmist doesn't look right Jaylo. It's too creamy/yellow - but the other 2 look about right. Woodland Grey has quite a lot of green in it so beware that it is a greeny grey. Can you show me it with Colorbond Basalt instead of Woodland Grey now that you have it all at your fingertips?

Ummm I wouldn't do that for internal walls. Good internal colours: - Hogsbristle 50% - Dulux Brume 50% - Solver Smoke Pearl

Jaylo, I have about 40 newly or undergoing construction houses outside my house - these are $1m homes and I would say 70% are surfmist. It's very popular and keeps a house cooler. Check out Shale Grey or Dune as an alternative if you don't want to use Surfmist. But you'll need to change...

And I have one Westminster tenant notify me this week they are breaking lease because someone was murdered up the street and they no longer feel safe. :( I did put security screens on the rear sliding doors at the beginning and they have that front door which is a compromise for safety, style...

    Green in the Perth market

If you want a colour scheme that always goes then go for different strengths of one colour ie 50% and 200% tint of a colour. The other tip is to choose colourbond colours so that you can get matching downpipes rather than having them painted. Good colour combinations are - surfmist roof...

I have to disagree on this one Aaron. This is Balga, you want a door with minimal glass but that still lets some light in. Jaylo I used the Corinthian Doors Madison PMD104 in Westminster and it works ok.

Normally this valuation isn't on true end value - ie subdivided its on end value in one line.

So that would have been most likely because they value the 3 in one line as they are on one title until after construction. Developing requires lots and lots of cash due this.
