Why not, even if property prices drop,as some area's have and some still will come down in value,what happens then the lower prices will attract more investors which then will increase the volume of sales,then it comes back to supply and demand then the next cycle starts..willair..

MTR, I'll put my hand up i have made money in C-G R/E this year like the same for the last 15 years,it's just for the last 5 years we sold downand all the profits went into the ASX, but property is still the main core of the investments always will be,when property is flat you just branch out...

I know this is an old post,but just have to ask the question is the equity in your investments still growing over the past 11 months, we have not bought property in over three year now,but we still hold i-ps and invest in other area's but with the property vaules in Brisbane the way they are...
