    Yes we got all the new values in the mail yesterday,most have stayed the same,the only 2 that went up above 20% were Rocklea and West End,all the rest were below 5%,easy money for just having your name on a few unencumbered land titles-Thanks for the link some interesting reading..willair..

    Have a look around Rocklea,the low entry price would be in the low 300k i been investing in that area for several years,rent for anormal 3 bed,1 bath is around 250 plus,always had a tenants,and i,m just about to turn one in a student accom set-up with walking distance to trains and the location...
