From what i was told yesterday after about 35 minutes on the phone it comes down too the wording,but i have made a serious mistake when i went through all the paper work,all i maybe get is a payment for loss of rent,but i think i'm stuffed,i found the small line on the second page that states...

Just came back from Rocklea ,both properties we control are in total water yesterday still can't see the roof:rolleyes:,and i have problems with the insurance just don't have it in me to take them on just yet,both properties will need a total refit,so until we can get back in maybe 2-3 days time...

I have just got back it's right next too the park facing the creek,the other one is up in industrial area so i just don't know,but the tenants bought all the business gear over a few hours ago and will camp downstairs tonight just in case the water goes up in the dark as i think it will,nothing...

Just came back from Rocklea about half an hour ago,Gills Timber yard is under 750mm,several streets are starting to back up now,we have one vacant that will flood over the next 24 hours,and the other two tenants are starting to pack up now the same as everyone in the street,i just hope it does...
