    Was in the crowd, saw that one....max bid if I was to bid was $700K. Even up till 5 months ago, the nearby Area was relatively affordable. A 3 bedder went for $735K abeit a larger piece of land (633m2). I'm not sure if the want that went for $745K a couple days back was good value.
