In the properties I have conducted (mostly for family) they just seem like a commodity service exercise, therefore, I'd just stick to the cheaper ones.
I'm more curious as to what a more expensive Conveyance person give you in terms of value add? I've used (on behalf of family) expensive $1.5K lawyers to $550 inc GST lawyers - neither were great.
