    I have 2 OTP that I bought In end of 2013 and middle 2014.. which should settle end of this year And mid next year? What does it mean... Bank won't lend money anymore? What with the smaller bank like loans.com.au, rams, ubank, firsrmac? Are they following the big banks?

    Same, I signed my contract in January 2014, and will be completed in about 8-10 months time. I heard CBA has the policy too. But not NAB.... Not too sure. Just hope this policy remains in 12 months time.

    Perhaps ur right... But i'm sure there will always be bank/lenders that are willing lend you 90%, you just have to pay LMI.

    Some OTP purchased in 2013-2014 has gone up 100k or so (in Some Area). Depend on the area If interest rate rises significantly, houses will be affected, as the prices has increased WELL Beyond Wages/inflation/rental yield (some are 2% yield), Units yield are still reasonable. Average 4 - 4.5%
