    Exactly, and being close to the new eatery around Alexandria pushes the prices up.

    I doubt it, being close to airport doesn't guarantee the increase in value. Look at Botany, and Mascot, it has only recently being redeveloped which caused price to go up. Being Close to CBD, and other popular attraction (cafes, shops,etc) will drive up the value.

    Hahaha. I seen that :) Yeah i Live in the west (near Parramatta). From what I observed, suburbs like Dulwich hill, Marrickville, Five dock, Ashfield, Redfern feels more crowded, dirty, congested.. Compare to suburb like Neutral Bay, WAverton, Woolstencraft, Atarmon, Lane Cove, etc. I guess...

    Yeah I guess so, but to live i preferred being in the north/Lower north shore. Feels safer. If you go down to the village on the weekend, you'll see more family with children, more park, less weird people, less graffiti on the shop wall, and the road is more quite compare to inner west....

    Yes, inner west like marrickville, Dulwich hills, sydnenham. The building, shops , etc feels very old dirty, road is very congested and still lots of warehouse. North shore like Roseville, lindfield, atarmon, woolstencraft feels nicer. Lots of hills And trees.

    I think the problem with Inner west is Messy and road is very congested... Compare to lower north shore or North Shore

    Kingy... I love the those locations... But as jpcashflow mentioned, the price is historically high in that area.. If you buy for investment, the yield will be very low. I guess if you're looking to hold it for a 10-20 years period, it's ok. Short - Mid Term growth will be pretty bleak
