Lol you can say anything you like. I was born and grown up Jakarta. We still have businesses and real estate in Jakarta. The economic is so unstable, and yes prices of some of the estates is as high as Sydney. Seriously Its just not worth considering it.

I'm from Indonesia, and from what I know, overseas cannot buy property in Indonesia. I think you can lease for a number of years.... I can tell you that, it's not good to invest there. The country is not stable, some area near the CBD where the majority ethnicity is Chinese is Very Expensive...
