Did you miss the "un-livable" and "renovate" in my post? ;) That was hard work over a number of months to get the place actually habitable. Anyone could have bought that place (at an affordable price) and put in the effort. They didn't - we did.

Which is why we've bought an un-liveable property, cleaned it up, and offer it at an affordable rent. At a rate lower than it costs, us BTW. ;) So in other words, for those who cannot afford to purchase (yet), we can offer an alternative for them, so they can enjoy the luxury of an affordable...
