Ideally no more than about 3-5mins for a good coffee fix.
I'm hoping that one of the unit blocks going up closer to home will have a good cafe, even though I live only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town.
NB - sounds like I don't like walking although 18 days of walking is my record.
