    I am getting somewhere. I am getting results. I am doing exercises that are helping my shoulder to sit and stay in the correct position. I don't have bad habits as such, I have a slight leg length difference that isn't noticeable to the eye but has a knock-on effect for my whole skeletal set...

    What a load of rubbish. Chiropractors indeed try to remove the cause of issues. I have had hip issues and now shoulder issues. Chiro is helping to manage the cause, hopefully will help my muscles strengthen enough to hold my shoulder in the position it needs to be in to allow the tendon to glide...

    Assuming nothing else is causing the pain, this is what my chiro told me when our kids experienced "growing pains". She said bones can grow overnight, literally a measurable growth, and the muscles just have to catch up.
