It all comes down to what we each are prepared to do save money and/or be in control. I will never again do my own conveyancing, but I am very happy to self-manage, which many would not touch with a barge pole. Good luck with whatever you chose.

I have done my own conveyancing in the (long distant) past and would NEVER do it again. For a couple of hundred dollars I get it done by a solicitor who has insurance and who understands exactly what she is doing. I found it extremely stressful and did I already say..... I would NEVER do it...
