Do you mean you found an "exact listing figure", because an exact dollar figure for a property isn't known until a contract goes unconditional and settled.

I think it is a silly strategy. An agent told us this week that something like 60% (cannot recall the exact figure quoted) of people simple don't bother clicking on properties without a price (not talking auctions here, but private treaty listings with no price). I know for me this rings...

I've emailed a few agents and had not reply at all. One I did follow up this week and agent said he hadn't received my email. I do wonder how good the "email agent" button is?

Right click in the main body where the description is. Choose "view page source". Command F and type in "price". I cannot do this with Safari but can do it with Firefox. It is helpful up to a million but the next bracket is too large to be much help.
