    Kenneth I know of a few investors who have taken their profits/CG from WA and are moving into other markets like Vic and QLD.Once WA comes to a halt it will be many years before we see such CG again[my opinion]. So in effect these investors are getting into a market that is going to reap them...

    I think the frenzy buying is starting to slow except for blocks of land.A few r/e agents now starting to follow up their clients and the listings are staying on the market a bit longer, not by much though.I also think there is a lot more rentals advertised in the last month. just my opinion...

    I also noticed over the last 2/3 weeks more and more properties in the Mandurah area are now going to auction. If l was selling l think l would definately try an auction in this market.
