I looked at a few houses in Seven Hills around the music bowl. One of them that I was keen on was $480k 4 bedrooms but needed a lot of work. Its hard to say what the rental return would be but I would say around the $450 per week mark. If you could get the house for $500k it wouldnt be too bad...
