Sure, we'll buy more properties and retire early but IMO a large downturn isn't coming anytime soon. It didn't come a few years back when we were paying 10% interest so its unlikely that it will come now.

I didn't listen to him. I bought in 2007 when not many people were buying and have done well :D I wish I had bought more.
