    tax implications of dual occupancy property in ACT

    Hi! We are thinking of buying a dual occupancy property in the ACT - we would live in one house, and rent the other out. Can you please advise me - WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ( e.g. on the net) on the tax implications e.g. CGT? what about tax concessions on rented property? Thanks
