Alderley or Morningside in Brisbane Hi all, I am looking for an IP in either Alderley or Morningside, probably LMR 800sqm lot near train station. Which suburb will have higher potential in capital growth ? Any comments on these suburbs ? Your opinions will be greatly appreciated :) Ken
