rental management

Does anyone know any recommended property manager on NSW Gosford/Wyoming area? and Management fee (%)? I am about purchasing a first invest property.

The rental market is awfully slow at the moment with plenty of properties available. As a result, I am thinking of other ways to move the property - investigating VFing or just selling. The Managing Agent agreement states that 'The agreement may be terminated by either party by thirty days'...
