rewarding good tenants

Hi, Just wondering if anyone rewards good tenants at inspection time? (Movie tickets, wine ETC?...) Just had an inspection and the tenants have done a great job maintaining the property. I read somewhere that rewarding tenants and encouraging them to keep it well maintained can help not...
