    Insurance cover for sub-letting/shared accomodation

    I have a property in Blacktown which I plan to sub-let (renting out individual rooms). However, I couldn't find an insurance company that covers shared accomodation. Can anyone recommend a good insurance broker who has experience in this area? Many thanks. Lei
