shower head american

Hi, I'm looking to buy a shower head like this from the website: http://www.showerheadstore.com/1-5gpm-showerhead.html I understand that it is designed for the American standards so I was wondering whether it would fit into the outlet in my bathroom without drilling, extra rings, etc. Anyone?
