Just got my under knocked back advising it needs an IIC of 65 or above for multi story complex.
The underway I had gone for is the quietwalk which has an IIC of 58. Not many high rise complexes I know of asks for a min of 65. I think the BCA standard is like 55 or something.
Anyone know...
