1 bedroom investment property

Hi

I am looking to purchase a 1 bdrm unit in Melbourne and have about 320k to spend.

Was after some thoughts in terms of what area's I should be looking in (ie. those that may offer some good long term capital growth).

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

First determine what your goals are, what is your strategy and then how a 1 bedroom unit is going to get you closer to your goal. If you can afford to get a house at 550k comfortably and there is nothing stopping you, then why a 1 bedroom unit? (unless your budget absolutely demands it)
