Hi,

Is the IP your are looking at in the middle of a suburb full of 3bed/2gar houses?, or right on the waterfront of Sydney harbour?

Does it have a garage, balcony?, is it North or South facing?, views?, rent rate? main road or quiet back street?, industrial area or leafy established street?

I am looking in Sydney market - anywhere where my budget takes. With prices in Sydney City area, I think P'tta/Hurstville would be better option for me. Although I could borrow more by putting all my equity from the house I live in & buy something near the city. BUT does it matter where the property is if it is a 1 bed apt. I am thinking in terms of selling it in the future if I need the funds to buy somewhere else.

Thanks
