You didn't miss much.
I'm semi retired. Property is churning along quietly. Have only bought one in the past few years - a 1 bedder in Elwood when the Melbourne market was at its lowest ebb. That one has been my biggest gainer in the past year or so, by far.
To keep myself busy, I run a small publishing business and I'm working on a couple of books that have been kicking around in my head for many years.
