All the people on the forum come from different backgrounds, and take into consideration others, we are trying to give you advice, and yep, sometimes it's going to be what you don't want to hear, other times you can get exactly what you want.
But what many are saying in this circumstance is going into a 3 way investment can work for some, but majority wise, especially in big investments, people can get greedy or not hold up their end of the bargain, which in term causes banks to become weary of loaning you money.
Yes it is your personal life, but you've asked for our opinions, and that's exactly what you've gotten, take it or leave it.
So cultural differences aside, just individual opinions that we would all say to anyone is:
YES it can work, NO many of us wouldn't try it whether they are family or not, you can still get ripped off, but YES we will give you as much guidance as we can to help you through.
And YES, we would all like you to succeed on your journey, and be sure to fill us in, whichever road you take.
