Number 3 is in the bag now after a delayed settlement of 4months

Don't look like there will be anymore IP's this yr, however wont rule out next year for a rapid acquisition of more IP's once my reno is completed on my Duplex.

This purchase has just completed myself owning a duplex. I am living in on side while the other is currently rented out. I am slowly doing the place up with the intent to add large capital gains and increasing the rent by approx $100 for each title once I have finished with my reno.

By the way, the reno is taking far longer than planned lol.... but don't really have a dead line to complete it so just happy doing what i can in between working way with the defence force and spending time with my daughter on weekends....
