4-5 year fixed rates on the move...up

Investors should be aware that the 4&5 year fixed rates all rose today. Some banks by nearly 1%. Don't plan on them staying put either the market is becoming a little volatile at the moment. So if your hunting for good rates you may need to pay a holding fee at application time to secure the rate Good Hunting!!!!

Yes Victor,
I noticed this in today's paper (28/5), 3 year fixed rates which were 6.45% are now 6.65%! Shame the banks don't respond so quickly when things move the other way!
