Hi Guys,
Was wondering if anybody could suggest who I could contact for a depreciation schedule in Brisbane for an older style 3/4 br house. Also has a granny flat. Best so far is $440.
Much obliged.

Try Deppro.

Remember that lowest price isn't everything. You may want a QS report that
is more "aggressive" saving you heaps in the long run rather than short term
gain.

I personally prefer to use DEPpro for all my schedules for 2 reasons..Value for money & recognised by the ATO as the leader in their field.

I agree with what Rixter said above.

It appears that DepPro increased their price just after 1st July 2002, because I got two done for $385 each, before 30th June 2002. Just lucky I guess.

NB: They would not allow me a "discount" for doing two IPs on the same day/same area/one after the other/same QS person! - never mind, but this was a tip from TW, always ask.
