G'day Shelly,
Re your quote
But, if you want to check out "5 star rated" posts in ANY forum, simply click on Rating - and the starred threads all appear "at the top". A quick way of getting to the good stuff !!!!!
When you've done checking the 5 star stuff, click on Last Post and things are back to normal.
The way this all works is that any new reply moves a thread (even if it is YEARS OLD) to the top of the queue. Any reply is one of the "last posts", thus the latest reply moves to the top of the queue. This helps those popular threads (like Brenda's "How I bought.." etc) to stay at the top of the list.... Every new reply puts it back on top !!!
Quite a neat system, IMHO.
Regards,

Fortunately, she posted in this very forum. At the moment (and these things change on a DAILY basis) her "How we bought 20 IP's in 5 years" is just a few posts down..... Every new reply moves a post "up to the top".I don't know who Brenda is,she sounds rather clever.I'll do a search.
