I knew traffic was up, but 78 new messages since I last checked at around 10pm last night is a bit much I think !
But then I notice it's Mike back in full swing with some mega-posting to the Property Investor Archive...
And now that Mike has posted a total of 1001 !!!! messages, one must ponder the question... is Mike going to all this effort for the greater good ? Or is he just ego-driven by being so far on top of the Top 10 posters list that no-one would ever catch him ?
