Hi everyone,
I just finished reading a pretty good book. It may not be for everyone on this forum as it's written by Noel whittaker who has a shares/managed funds bent. But it does provide some good points about cash flow, insurance needed when you borrow money in case of accident/death etc...For those people who are interested in a diversified investment portfolio, this book gives some nice strategies.
