Even though $38,888 per acre is sounds an incredible amount of money, I would be saying, like Rob,
Family A = $7million
Family B = $2million

It was my wife's family who lived "on the farm".
Unbeleivably, she hates the country and all the negatives associated with it, you know small town syndrome where everyone knows your business, the minimal opportunities etc. Would never live in the country in a pink fit.
