Accessing superannuation early

I thought you still have to be 55 to use the annuity option? In any case, this is taking it as an annuity, not as a lump sum.
 
I think it may also be an unfunded super.

"A non-commutable lifetime pension or annuity is one that you receive for your lifetime and which you can?t convert to a lump sum amount. Typically, this lifetime pension option is available in older public sector super funds."

Ones you die the pension finishes.

Understand that. But if I was able to take the couple of hundred thousand I currently have an convert into a pension of perhaps $10k per year, I could use that to support my investing habit now.
