Accountant in Melbourne (city or south eastern suburbs)

Hi all,

I apologise if this topic has already been covered in another thread.

I am considering turning my PPOR into an investment property and would like to talk to an accountant to get some advice as to the best way to structure my loans and talk about the tax implications of doing this.

Can anyone please recommend a tax accountant in Melbourne - CBD or in the south eastern suburbs around the Caulfield/Carnegie area?

Also just as a side note - who are the best people to talk to about potential rent values that the IP could rent out for? Do I talk to real estate agents for this, or are there other alternatives?
