I have clients in Qld and NSW as well as all over Victoria. Peter Spann's stuff is good common sense investment tactics that you will have read in many different books.

He advocates a couple of different strategies including facelift renovations to increase market value and a quick profit.

I have detailed notes from both of his seminars.
