Accountant in Melbourne's eastern suburbs

Can anyone recommend an accountant in Melbourne who has experience with investment properties?

I've been to a local accountant but I feel as though she doesn't have much experience in this area. Or am I overestimating the need for experience? Will any decent accountant be able to do a good job even if they haven't had much experience with IPs?

How much should I be paying for a tax return that includes just 1 IP and an index fund?

I'd imagine it's pretty similar to what everyone else would consider a good job.
