I came across this forum which provided some great info in property investing. I'm an Accountant, who specialises in small business. However I also deal with negative gearing, investment structures, etc.

My site isn't 100% complete yet, I only have the first page up for now.

Anyway, I hope I can provide some help to this forum in due course.
