Looking for a very good Accountant

Can someone recommend a very good accountant (Perth Based) that is up to date with IP deductions. Also, I already have one IP but how do I know when I can buy another IP?

I've put an extremely simplistic Excel spreadsheet on the Otter Software Website.. (www.otter-software.com.au), enter your current Debt and Current Portfolio Value and it will tell you how much extra you can borrow assuming the purchase price equals or is less than the valuation. It also assumes you want to maintain a LVR of Less Than or Equal To 80%.
