Things are getting desparate when you reply to your own posts:D

Anyway for those that are interested - a property 3 doors down went to auction today lunchtime. Low side of street, 990m2 block, unrenovated 1950's fibro cottage of 110m2, no car accom, original bathroom and kitchen. No redeeming features really; other than location.

SOLD for $411,000 YeeeHah!!! To an olive skinned gentleman who wants it for a "land bank". Bidding was fast to 405k then slowed to 1k bids.
