Hi Folks,
I have the following:
1. Ingredients: Huge balcony enough to fit 2-3 elephants
2. Objectives: Take a slice of the balcony i.e. 2.5 x 3m and turn it into a sleeping/study room or somewhere to fit an office desk or single bed to hide from the mrs
3. Ideas: let me describe the space in this way... 4 sides...
Left -> wall, so nothing need to be done
Back -> connected to the living room, use one side of the existing sliding door and blinds to act as the entry/exit point
Right & Front -> Need your idea, but I'm thinking to install an aluminum roller doors/shutters to cover (privacy) and at the same time, allow natural lights to come in
I'd to hear from any experts that have done it before and could share theirs tips or anyone with any creative ideas would be much appreciated.
Or in a simple question, how could we block out the right & front of my balcony to create a small room ?
IMPORTANT: no need to respond about the Strata approval etc as I had already planned ahead. At this point, I just need idea on how to make this happen as a value add thingy
