Hi guys I need some help with some quotes,
I was offered a quote by the developer @ $1650 + GST per A/C and a quote of $3150 + GST for the curtains and blinds and TV points to 3 other rooms of $400 + GST and these could be added to the contract price, (which is good)
I am thinking that with such addition, it could reduce waiting time from completion to rental, thus I am keen. However, the price of the AC installation and blinds are kind of steep. I was wondering if A/C is required for tenant or they could do with a air cooler since there is already a fan in the room? Also, the blinds installation @ 3150, for 3 BR Townhouse would it be acceptable?
Would someone have some contacts for me in sunnybank brisbane to install blinds at a lower rate? fast and good?
Lastly, with all these addition, how would CG be improved? Or it does not improve the value at all?
