adelaide landscaping and tree removal

can anyone suggest a landscaper and tree removalist for a property in Adelaide? we are exploring sell as is/or relet. our vision would be to add value and get an easy care garden established? it was rented and sadly neglected.

how much value would landscaping add to a sale? something simple no structural changes. any comments appreciated.

Just a general tidy up will freshen the house up and make it more attractive it won't necessarily add value.

It depends what you mean by "landscaping"

Making new garden beds and planting will add value perhaps

thanks for the reply. we have had some quotes so far. we like gardens but it can be a problem for some tenants we have found. we know some owners will include garden care with the rent. this maybe an option to keep the property looking nice if selling later.
