Hi All,
Newbie to IP's.
Has anybody got recommendations for a Property Accountant in Adelaide?
I spoke to a Gearing/Lending Manager at ANZ about accountants, and I said I would prefer someone who deals with Property specifically. But he seemed to think that essentially all accountants are well versed with tax implications regardless of the investment.
From the reading that I have been doing however, it looks like it's better to look specifically for someone dealing in Property Accounting.
Any suggestions?
